Kiss Kraft Shipping Policy

1. Turnaround

All orders are shipped within the delivery time stated during checkout. Please ensure that the stated delivery time is acceptable prior to confirming your order.

2. Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

3. Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

4. Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight (Dead or Cubic Weight) of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

5. Back Orders

As we manufacture your order as it is ordered, we do not do back orders. You order will ship once it is complete.




Kiss Kraft Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

1. How To Return An Item

a. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of delivery.

b. Please email sales@kisskraft.com to request a return and we will provide you with return details.

c. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original invoice.

2. Return Exceptions

a. Personalised and customised items cannot be returned.

b. Merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
